Description
Your deposit reserves for you two delicious whole legs (thigh and drumstick). Our birds are from stock originating in the south of France and are “slow-growing” birds. This means more time on pasture and a more intense flavor. We feed them a locally raised non-GMO feed and move them daily on pesticide-free pastures from 2 weeks of age.
Full price will be calculated at time of pickup. Legs are vacuum packed and frozen. All are USDA inspected. Price: $8/lb.
We are currently taking reservations for chickens available in mid June. You will receive an email a week before letting you know which day to pick up your order.
