Description
Your deposit reserves one of our delicious whole chickens for you. Our birds are from stock originating in the south of France and are “slow-growing” birds. This means more time on pasture and a more intense flavor. We move them daily on pesticide-free pastures from approximately 2 weeks of age.
Full price will be calculated at time of pickup. Chickens are sold whole, vacuum packed, and frozen. All are USDA inspected. Chickens range in size from 4-6 lbs. Price: $6/lb.
