Eggs

| Our hens are free-range, spending their days enjoying the sunshine and open air while roaming pesticide-free pasture. They are fed a non-GMO feed that is locally raised. Our eggs are a mix of white and brown. | $6.00 |
Microgreens
We sell them online two different ways:
- Harvested – This is the typical way you will see microgreens sold. We cut them and put them in a clear plastic clam shell container.
- Personal Garden – We plant the microgreens in a standard-size take out container and let them grow for a week or so. You purchase the container, place it in your refrigerator, and harvest the microgreens fresh as you need them. The containers have no holes in them, so there is no mess in your refrigerator. Microgreens purchased this way can last 3 weeks and are always fresh.
If you visit us at a farmers market, we will cut your microgreens fresh from our planting trays, providing you the freshest microgreens you can buy.
Chicken
The French believe that their chickens should not be raised without flavor and we agree!
So in line with this beloved belief, we raise a chicken that originated in the southern part of France that is bred to meet the requirements of the famed Label Rouge system of certification, which emphasizes free range practices and improved flavor. Read more…
