Farm Fresh Eggs

EggsSadly, many people today have never tasted a true, farm fresh egg.  Raised on commercial eggs, they have become accustomed to eggs with runny whites and pale yolks.  The hens that lay such eggs are raised under horrible conditions, lined up in battery cages, debeaked, and pumped with antibiotics.

We would like to invite you to try a real egg.  Our laying hens are out on pasture 9 months of the year and feed on succulent grasses, organically grown grains,  and bask in sunshine.  The eggs they lay are fantastic: thick, fluffy whites and dark orange yolks.  And the flavor!  And did we mention how much better they are for making breads, cookies, and cakes?  Swing by the farm and pick up a dozen or two today.

Price: $4.50/dozen

Our hens are raised on chemical-free pastures and provided 24 hr access to pasture throughout Spring, Summer, and Fall.  We do not use any antibiotics, added hormones, or medicated feed.  In addition to pasture, we supplement their diet with non-GMO feed that is raised without pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic fertilizers.
